Honoring Kurt Little’s life of service and dedication to land

Yesterday, OYL North Shore Cycling celebrated its founder Kurt Little who passed away from ALS.

Throughout his life Kurt brought people together, building a national land practice (Sub Omnibus Terra) at JLL and growing its Public Institutions Group to serve the world. As a founding board member of Greenleaf Communities, he helped us advance applied research for a healthy and sustainable world, including improved agricultural land practices that prevent toxic algal blooms in waterways that Dartmouth-Hitchcock studies in association with neurodegenerative diseases.  Kurt loved watching for his eagles to visit his Washington Island home.  He now soars with them above us as we ride Lake Michigan’s shore.  May is ALS month and we honor Kurt with our support to the Les Turner ALS Foundation that provided him such loving care.

Thank you, Kurt, for all you have done for all of us.  Your friend, John.
